At Cat Loaf Club, we want to get your cat-themed art and gifts into your paws as quickly and securely as possible. Please review our updated shipping terms below.
Order Processing:
- Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Notifications: You will receive a confirmation email immediately after purchase and a second notification once your order has officially shipped.
Shipping Options and Rates:
- Domestic (USA): FREE Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after processing.
- International: We offer a flat rate of $15.00 for international shipping. Delivery times typically range from 10–30 business days depending on the destination.
- Priority Shipping: Available for select products at checkout for an additional fee if you need your loafs in a hurry.
International Duties & Taxes:
- International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or VAT incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer; Cat Loaf Club is not responsible for these additional fees.
Order Tracking:
- Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking status to update.
- If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated window, please reach out to us at catloaf@catloafclub.com with your name and order number so we can track it down for you.
Damages & Issues:
- If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days at catloaf@catloafclub.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We’ll work quickly to make it right!
Additional Notes:
- Please double-check your shipping address! If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, a re-shipping fee may apply.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal service interruptions.
