Shipping & Returns Policy

Because our items are custom-made to order specifically for you, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, "buyer’s remorse," or incorrect size selection.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or there is a clear printing error, we want to make it right! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged item and the packaging

Once verified, we will happily send out a replacement to you at no additional cost.

Shipping Note
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Cat Loaf Club is not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
