Order Processing & Production
We create each item to order. Once you place an order, we usually process and fulfill it within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During busy times, it may take a little longer.
U.S. Shipping (Domestic)
We offer free shipping within the U.S.
After your order ships, you can typically expect delivery in 5–8 business days, depending on your location.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide with a flat $15 shipping fee for all international orders.
Delivery times vary by country — usually 7 to 21 business days. Customs or local carrier delays may add extra time.
Tracking & Notifications
Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with your tracking number so you can follow its journey.
If tracking stops updating or your package seems lost, reach out and we’ll help investigate.
Refunds, Returns & Damages
Because everything is made to order, we do not offer refunds unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
